Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

None. Salvage Earth does not collect, transmit, or store personal information. Specifically, the app contains:

• no analytics or telemetry software;
• no advertising software and no advertising identifiers;
• no accounts, logins, or sign-in of any kind;
• no crash-reporting service operated by us;
• no code that sends network requests.

Because the app makes no outbound connections, there is no server for us to store anything on.

2. Data stored on your device

The game saves your progress locally so you can resume where you left off. That save file records campaign progress and unlocked scenes, an unfinished battle's state, your chosen difficulty, and your settings such as sound, larger text, reduced effects, and high contrast.

This file lives in the app's private storage on your device. We cannot read it. Deleting the app deletes it. If your device backs up apps to iCloud, the save may be included in that backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy rather than ours.

3. Children's privacy

Salvage Earth is suitable for a general audience and collects no information from anyone, including children. There is nothing to delete on request, because nothing is gathered in the first place.

4. TestFlight beta testing

While Salvage Earth is in beta, it is distributed through Apple's TestFlight. If you take part, Apple collects information about your installs, sessions, and crashes, and may share crash logs and any feedback you choose to send with us. That collection is Apple's, not ours, and is covered by Apple's privacy policy and the TestFlight terms you accept in that app.

Feedback you send us by email reaches us with whatever you put in it, including your email address. We use it only to answer you and to fix the game.

5. Third parties

We do not share information with third parties, because we do not have any to share. The app integrates no third-party SDKs.

If Salvage Earth is downloaded from the App Store, Apple collects its own information about that transaction under its own policy. We receive only aggregate, anonymous sales and download reports.

6. Security

The strongest protection we can offer is the one described above: information that is never collected cannot be leaked, sold, or subpoenaed.

7. Your rights

Privacy laws including the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and to object to its processing. We hold no personal information about you, so there is nothing to produce or erase. You may still contact us with any question, and we will answer it.

8. Changes to this policy

If Salvage Earth ever adds a feature that collects anything — online leaderboards, cloud saves, analytics, or advertising — we will update this page before that version ships, and change the date at the top. We will not quietly begin collecting information under a policy that says we do not.
